Submitting jobs via electronic files

You may submit your job files to us by e-mail or FTP:

For e-mail, please include an appropriate reference number, all job specifications, and all the shipping addresses in the text body of the e-mail. Add all the necessary job application files for production as attachments to your e-mail. We will confirm receipt of your files by e-mail and advise you of the follow-up being performed.

For FTP, please create a folder (named with an appropriate reference number) with your job application files, plus a text file detailing all job specifications and all of the required shipping addresses. When this is complete, contact customer services and they will provide you with a username, password and location to upload your files.

Submitting Postscript Files (Win 95, 98, NT4.0, 2000 only)

To produce ready-to-print postscript files, please download our PC printer drivers. (These files can be found in our main Downloads area.) The InfoPrint driver for your text files, and the InfoColor driver for your color cover files. Once you have unzipped or executed the files, add the relevant driver to your system as a new printer driver. Once it has been added to your list of printer drivers, you can use this driver to print to postscript files ready for submission. You can view your postscript files with Adobe Distiller.
